Age Requirement: Guests must be 18+ to enjoy Camden Basement.
Payment: Confirm your booking with a 100% deposit. For private hires we require 20% deposit and the due amount two weeks before your booking.
Duration: All standard bookings last 2 hours. Arrive on time to make the most of your visit.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: You can reschedule before entering the non-cancellation period. After this point, our cancellation policy takes effect. A fee per person is charged for reducing guest numbers within the non-cancellation period or for no-shows.
Cocktail Guarantee: Expect at least 5 bespoke cocktails during your stay, with the possibility of more.
Liability: Camden Basement is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
Food Policy: Only food provided or purchased at Camden Basement is permitted on the premises.
Behaviour: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour; offenders may be expelled without a refund.
Drug Policy: Strictly no drugs. Violators will be reported and asked to leave immediately.
Intoxication: Guests visibly intoxicated upon arrival will not be served, and refunds will not be issued.
Sealed Bottle Policy: For safety, please bring only unopened bottles.
Dress Code: Smart casual attire is encouraged.
